  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. crumbs (bread or crackers)
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cheese, grated or sliced
