- 2 pinch mixed herbs
- 4 slice cheddar cheese (cut to own thickness)
- 1 1/4 mozzarella (ball shaped)
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese to sprinkle
Directions

1Place chicken breasts on a baking tray

2sprinkle each breast with a pinch of mixed herbs

3Cut as many slices of cheddar cheese you desire for each breast and place ontop

4cut quarter of the mozzarella ball and slice up into thin pieces, then place ontop of the cheddar cheese

5sprinkle a tablespoon of parmesan cheese ontop of the mozzarella

6pop in the oven at 200F c for approximately 25-30 minutes
-
7when cooked place on a plate, why not try adding a side salad or chips, whatever you desire
