  • 1 each chicken breast
  • 2 pinch mixed herbs
  • 4 slice cheddar cheese (cut to own thickness)
  • 1 1/4 mozzarella (ball shaped)
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese to sprinkle

Directions

    Place chicken breasts on a baking tray

    sprinkle each breast with a pinch of mixed herbs
  3. 3
    Cut as many slices of cheddar cheese you desire for each breast and place ontop
  4. 4
    cut quarter of the mozzarella ball and slice up into thin pieces, then place ontop of the cheddar cheese
  5. 5
    sprinkle a tablespoon of parmesan cheese ontop of the mozzarella
  6. 6
    pop in the oven at 200F c for approximately 25-30 minutes
  7. 7
    when cooked place on a plate, why not try adding a side salad or chips, whatever you desire
