Parmesan Basil Orzo

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • 10 leaves Basil Shredded
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Bring chicken broth to a boil and add the orzo. Cook according to package directions or until al dente. Drain orzo and add back to the saucepan. Stir in grated parmesan, basil and salt and pepper to taste. If the orzo seems a little starchy, add a drizzle of olive oil and stir.
