Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, chilled and cut into pieces
- 6 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

2Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or with hands until the mixture is a coarse meal.

3Put the flour mixture in the fridge for 10 min and also preheat the oven to 400F.

4Mix the buttermilk, parmesan and honey in a bowl.

5Once the flour mixture is chilled, add the buttermilk mixture and stir until just combined.

6Knead lightly (I live at 5000 ft so I often need a little extra buttermilk).

7Turn onto a floured counter and roll out into a rectangle.

8Lightly sprinkle flour and fold into thirds.

9Repeat once more.

10Roll out to about 3/4th inch thickness then cut using the 13/4 in round cutter.

11Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet in the 400F oven for 13 minute.

12If you're feeling indulgent, brush the top with melted garlic butter as soon as they're out of the oven.

13Serve with soup or pasta and enjoy!
