- 1/4 c. water, warm
- 1/4 c. milk, scalded
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
