  • 1/4 c. water, warm
  • 1/4 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
