- 1 large loaf Pepperidge Farm thin white bread
- 1 lb. butter, melted
- 5 eggs, beaten and salted
- 1 large can Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut crust off of bread.

2Dip first slice of bread in butter. Dip second slice in eggs.

3Dip third slice in butter.

4Stack all three in that order and cut into 6 squares.

5Roll square in Parmesan cheese.

6Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

7These can be frozen.

8Yields about 66 squares.
