Parmesan Chicken

  • 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 to 4 tsp. white wine
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 lb. chicken

Directions

    Thin mustard with wine until dipping consistency; set aside. Combine bread crumbs and cheese.

    Dip chicken in mustard mixture and then in crumb mixture.

    Place on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Good hot or cold!
