  • chicken breasts (boneless)
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp. light cream
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • few dashes of paprika
  • dash of cayenne pepper

    Split chicken breasts and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Dredge in flour and brown in olive oil over medium heat (6 to 7 minutes). Transfer to a large baking dish.
