- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Cook potatoes, celery and carrots in boiling water with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

2Make white sauce of flour, margarine and milk.

3Melt cheese in sauce.

4Add corn to sauce and then stir into vegetables.

5Heat before serving.
