- 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 -3 lbs broiler or 2 -3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up and skin removed
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients.

2Place butter in another shallow bowl.

3Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.

4Place in a greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
