  • 2 piece Tilapia Filet
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1 garlic powder

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Coat filet(s) with EVOO then coat with dry mixture.

    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Place filets on pan.

    Bake at 400AF for approx.

    10-12 mins or until they flake.
