- 1 cup self raising flour
- 3/4 - 1 cup water
- pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- oil to shallow fry
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
Directions

1Mix the flour, water, salt and parmesan until thick and smooth.

2In a separate bowl combine ricotta cheese and pesto.

3Heat oil in a large fry pan.

4Drop 2 tablespoons of parmesan mixture into pan, top with 1 tablespoon of ricotta and pesto and finish with another 2 tablespoons of parmesan mixture.

5Turn over fritter and cook until golden.

6Serve plain for the kids and with a spicy chilli or tomato sauce for the adults.
