- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Light Butter
- 4 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Spray baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper; set aside.

3Combine flour, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and red pepper in bowl; set aside.

4Combine water and light butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.

6Reduce heat to low.

7Using wooden spoon, stir in flour mixture until dough forms ball.

8Continue cooking 1 minute.

9Remove from heat.

10Place dough into bowl; cool 5 minutes.

11Add 1 egg at a time, beating well with electric mixer after each addition, until dough is smooth.

12Stir in Parmesan cheese and chives.

13Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.

14Bake 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
