  • 1 tablespoon Spice Hunter Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese (8 ounces)

    Line 11 muffin cups with paper liners.

    In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, and Italian seasoning.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil and eggs.

    Blend the wet ingredients into the almond flour mixture with a handheld mixer until thoroughly combined, then stir in the Parmesan.
