  • Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered longways
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • paprika

Directions

    Soak peeled and quartered potatoes in cold water.

    Drain water from potatoes.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, parsley and paprika in plastic bag or lunch bag.

    Shake potatoes in bag to coat.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan with melted oleo.

    Sprinkle paprika.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°; turn with spatula and continue baking for a 30 minute period.

    Add paprika again after turning.
