- equal parts flour and Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
Directions

1Peel and quarter enough potatoes to fill a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Melt margarine in baking dish.

3Mix flour, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

4Roll potatoes in flour mixture and put in baking dish.

5Bake in 425° oven about 30 to 45 minutes or until done.

6Sprinkle with parsley.
