Parmesan Rice

  • 2 c minute rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can Swanson's chicken broth
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped (opt)
  • 1/4-1/3 c parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs margarine

Directions

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add rice and continue to saute until rice is slightly golden.

    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover.

    Let stand 5 minutes (moisture should be absorbed).

    Stir in parmesan cheese.
