- 2 c minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 can Swanson's chicken broth
- 1 sm. onion, chopped (opt)
- 1/4-1/3 c parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs margarine
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Add rice and continue to saute until rice is slightly golden.

3Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover.

4Let stand 5 minutes (moisture should be absorbed).

5Stir in parmesan cheese.
