- 8 potatoes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 8 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Wash potatoes, leaving peeling on.

3Cut in quarters.

4Roll in cheese, flour, salt and pepper mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.

5Melt butter and add to potatoes.

6Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

7Turn potatoes and bake 20 minutes or more until tender.

8Yields 8 servings.
