- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 18 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 2 pounds Tilapia
Directions

1Mix ingredients (except fish) together; set aside.

2Grease pan and evenly space the fish.

3Broil on the top rack for 2-3 minutes.

4Flip, repeat, and broil 2-3 minutes.

5Remove from the oven.

6Spread the top side of fish with the butter mixture.

7Broil 2 more minutes or until golden brown.

8Serve fish with pan drippings on top of the fish, with Uncle Bens Wild Rice and steamed broccoli.
