- 1 thin baguette
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 c. coarsely grated Parmesan
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Cut baguette at a sharp angle into 1 1/2-inch slices.

3Spread both sides with margarine and place on a baking sheet.

4Toast in oven until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

5Rub garlic clove on one side of toast and top with Parmesan.

6Return to oven and toast until cheese is golden brown.
