- 2 large tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Remove stems from the tomatoes and halve crosswise.

2Place cut side up in a small baking dish.

3Combine all remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato tops.

4Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
