- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tomato (optional)
- 1 banana peppers (optional)
- 1 cheese
Directions

1season chicken (I marinate mine)

2Saute onions, mushrooms and bell peppers in olive oil, remove from skillet, set aside

3Cook chicken in same olive oil until no longer pink, add onions, bell peppers and other ingredients

4Let ingredients cook for about 5 minutes then top with cheese of your choice
