- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. cream or milk
- 1 c. grated Parmesan (fresh is best) or more if you want
Directions

1In an electric mixer (Cuisinart) beat butter, cream cheese and salt until smooth.

2Work in flour with fingers or fork.

3Flatten dough in tinfoil to form an 8 x 6-inch rectangle and chill overnight.
