- 2 or more large bunches parsley
- mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- grated onion
Directions

1Chop parsley well after washing and removing stems.

2Mix with enough mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt to be spreadable and to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.

3Add onion (1 tablespoon per bunch). Serve with Wheat Thins, Melba toast or Triscuits.
