  • 2 or more large bunches parsley
  • mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • grated onion

Directions

    Chop parsley well after washing and removing stems.

    Mix with enough mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt to be spreadable and to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add onion (1 tablespoon per bunch). Serve with Wheat Thins, Melba toast or Triscuits.
