- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 (1 lb. each) cans whole potatoes, drained and sliced
Directions

1Combine potatoes and butter in medium size frying pan.

2Heat slowly until butter melts.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss lightly.

4Saute slowly, stirring several times, 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

5Stir in parsley.
