- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. flour
- sugar
Directions

1Mix and chill dough of butter, cream and flour 1 hour. Roll out onto a sugared board 1/8-inch thick. Turn dough over in sugar to coat both sides. Cut into 1 1/2-inch circles. Prick tops with fork. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 7 to 9 minutes at 375°, until puffy and light gold in color. Cool.
