  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • Minced fresh chives, optional
