  • 1/2 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 4 pieces chicken breast
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese with chives
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. Sauterne wine
  • 1 c. instant rice, cooked (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Remove 1 1/2 teaspoons of salad dressing mix and set aside. Combine remaining dressing mix and butter in large skillet.
  2. 2
    Add chicken and brown slowly on both sides until golden. Place chicken in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
