  • 1/3 cup reduced fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dash (or more to taste) white pepper
  • 4 slice tomato
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 whole wheat buns, toasted
  • 1 lb ground turkey or 1 package lean seasoned turkey burger patties

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, onions, mayonnaise and pepper; mix well.

    Spread about 1 teaspoon yogurt mixture on bottom half of each bun.

    Top each with sprouts, tomato, turkey patty, remaining yogurt mixture and top half of bun.
