- 1 loaf sheepherder bread
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 12 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 12 oz. grated mild or medium sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts (water packed), drained and cut into quarters
- 6 small French rolls, thinly sliced, but not all the way through
Directions

1Cut hole in top of bread about 5-inches in diameter.

2Remove soft bread from cut portion and discard.

3Reserve crust.

4Scoop out most of the soft bread inside portion of loaf.
