Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 or 2 drops food coloring (2 colors)
Directions

1Soften cream cheese.

2Combine with sugar and peppermint extract in food processor, using steel blade.

3Batter will be very stiff.

4Divide batter and beat the desired color into each half. Pinch off enough dough to make marble size balls.

5Roll in your hand.

6Place balls in a single layer on a tray.

7Air day 30 minutes.

8Press each dough ball into a small mint mold. Immediately pop from mold and place in single layer to air dry overnight.

9Makes about 5 or 6 dozen.

10May be frozen, but will keep in refrigerator several weeks.

11May be chilled, but are better at room temperature.
