  • 1 medium box Cheerios
  • 1 extra large box Crispix
  • 1 pkg. thin pretzels
  • 1 pkg. pretzel bits
  • 1 box Bugles
  • 1 pkg. oyster crackers
  • 1 lb. mixed nuts
  • 1 lb. peanuts
  • 1 lb. margarine or butter
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pepper
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients.

    Melt butter with Worcestershire, pepper, Tabasco and garlic powder.

    Pour over cereal.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200°.

    Stir every 15 minutes.

    May add nuts now.

    Cook 30 minutes longer.

    Stir often.

    I also add cashew nuts and pecan halves (if I have them in the freezer).
