   Melt butter, then pour in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce.

   Add Chex and nuts; mix well.

   Heat in oven 1 hour.

   Stir every 15 minutes.

   Bake at 350°.

   Or melt butter, then pour in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce.

   Place cereals, nuts and mixture in a Ziploc bag (shake well).

   Transfer mixture to large microwave-safe bowl.

   Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

    Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
