Ingredients: 4 c. mashed potatoes (can use instant potatoes); 1 c. sour cream, softened; 1 tsp. dried chives; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

4 c. mashed potatoes (can use instant potatoes)
1 c. sour cream, softened
1 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Directions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Top with cheese.

Serve immediately.
