  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Beat until smooth the potatoes, sour cream and cream cheese. Add the garlic salt; put in buttered casserole dish.

    Dot with butter; bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

    (Can be frozen and baked at a later date.)
