- 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter or spread
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions

1Cook and drain the potatoes.

2Beat sour cream, cream cheese and potatoes until blended (add milk if too stiff).

3Season to taste with salt.

4You may add garlic salt, too, if desired.

5Add chives last and then put in casserole. Dot with butter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

6If you make a day ahead of time, bake 1 hour to warm.
