  • 3 lb. (12 medium) potatoes, cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • onion salt to taste (or omit)

Directions

    Mash hot potatoes.

    Add cream cheese in small pieces.

    Add butter and sour cream.

    To milk, add beaten eggs, then add to potatoes.

    Add salt, pepper and onion salt and beat until fluffy. Place in a greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature before putting in 350° oven for about one hour, uncovered, until lightly browned.
