Ingredients: 4 c. mashed potatoes or 4 c. instant potatoes, prepared; 1 c. sour cream; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1 1/4 tsp. dried chives or 1 Tbsp. fresh chives; 1 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo; 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

4 c. mashed potatoes or 4 c. instant potatoes, prepared
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 tsp. dried chives or 1 Tbsp. fresh chives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter.

Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve immediately.

Dish can be prepared a day ahead of time and baked before serving.
