Ingredients: 4 c. mashed potatoes; 1 c. sour cream; 1 pkg. cream cheese; 1 tsp. dried chives; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs; 1 Tbsp. margarine; 1/2 c. shredded cheese

1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve immediately. Dish can be assembled a day ahead and baked just before serving.
