Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut-up
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 c. cream, whipped or 2 c. whipped topping

Directions

    Dissolve jello and hot water and cool to congeal.
  2. 2
    Mix together cottage cheese, nuts, cherries, pineapple and cream. Sometimes I add 2 drops red food coloring to a dainty pink color. Pour into mold.
