  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups water.

    Add the marshmallows.
  3. 3
    After Jell-O starts to set, add sliced bananas and crushed pineapple (drained); allow to set.

    Cook together until thickened the sugar, flour, egg and combined pineapple juice and water to equal 1 cup. After mixture cools, add 1 package whipped topping and spread over set Jell-O.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
