Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. ginger ale (if no ale, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1 c. water)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk-free margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg or Egg Beaters
- 1/4 c. melted milk-free margarine
Directions

1Soften yeast in the warm water and set aside; let cool to lukewarm.

2In a medium-sized bowl, combine ginger ale, sugar, margarine and salt.

3Add 1 1/2 cups flour to this mixture and beat well.

4Beat in yeast and egg.

5Gradually add remaining flour, beating well.

6Place dough in a large greased bowl.

7Turn dough once to grease surface.

8Cover and chill overnight.

9Grease a 6 muffin pan.

10Form rolls by placing three 1-inch balls in each muffin cup and brush the top with melted margarine.

11Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.
