  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1-2/3 cups sugar, divided
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen passion fruit pulp, thawed, divided
  • 1 cup halved strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

    HEAT oven to 325 degrees F.

    Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp.

    sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

    Bake 10 min.

    Beat cream cheese, flour and 1 cup of the remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.

    Stir in 1/2 cup passion fruit; pour over crust.

    Bake 1 hour 5 min.

    or until center is almost set.

    Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.

    Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.

    Meanwhile, bring remaining passion fruit and sugar just to boil in saucepan on medium-low heat 15 min.

    or until thickened, stirring frequently.

    Cut kiwi into thin slices.
