  • chocolate macaroons (for crust)
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 12 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sour cream

Directions

    To make crust, press macaroons on bottom and sides of a greased spring-form pan.
