  • 1 cup Cream
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions

    On a non-stick pan, melt butter.

    Add cream and keep stirring until all lumps are gone.

    Add minced garlic and keep stirring.

    On another pan heat olive oil and saute onions.

    Stir in the sauteed onion and add cheese to it.

    Add milk little by little, to make the sauce thick and accordingly add cream and cheese for thickness.

    Add salt, pepper oregano and chilli flakes to taste.
