- 1 cup Cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions

1On a non-stick pan, melt butter.

2Add cream and keep stirring until all lumps are gone.

3Add minced garlic and keep stirring.

4On another pan heat olive oil and saute onions.

5Stir in the sauteed onion and add cheese to it.

6Add milk little by little, to make the sauce thick and accordingly add cream and cheese for thickness.

7Add salt, pepper oregano and chilli flakes to taste.
