- 12 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 Italian sausages
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 34 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 12 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lb penne pasta
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2add sausage without casings and crumble to small pieces cooking until lightly browned.

3add garlic and red pepper and cook until golden.

4add tomatoes and sea salt and bring to a boil while stirring.

5reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

6add vodka and cream to sauce and again bring to a boil while stirring constantly.

7pour sauce over cooked pasta.

8sprinkle with parsely as a garnish.
