  • 12 cup virgin olive oil
  • 2 Italian sausages
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 34 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 12 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 14 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lb penne pasta

Directions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    add sausage without casings and crumble to small pieces cooking until lightly browned.

    add garlic and red pepper and cook until golden.

    add tomatoes and sea salt and bring to a boil while stirring.

    reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

    add vodka and cream to sauce and again bring to a boil while stirring constantly.

    pour sauce over cooked pasta.

    sprinkle with parsely as a garnish.
