- 4 to 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. pine nuts (get at natural food store)
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 12 oz. cooked stove pipe or rigatoni
- freshly grated Romano cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet.

2Saute garlic one minute while stirring.

3Add pine nuts and stir for two minutes.

4Add broccoli which has been cut into approximately 1-inch pieces.

5Saute and stir until broccoli is crisp-tender.

6Add cooked, well drained pasta and toss several times.

7Serve with grated cheese on top and pepper to taste.
