  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
