  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Sausage
  • 2 pints Pasta Sauce (your choice)
  • 2 cup White Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 box Rigatoni Pasta (1lb box)
  • 4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef or sausage.

    Drain grease.

    Boil Rigatoni as directed on box and drain.

    Add onions and peppers to ground beef or sausage and cook on medium-high heat until onions become tender.

    Add sliced mushrooms and continue to cook until mushrooms start to shrink and become tender.

    Add all seasonings and continue to cook, stirring frequently.

    Add pasta sauce and reduce heat to a simmer, cooking 15-20 minutes.

    Add cooked pasta to a grease 9x11 dish.

    Add sauce mixture over pasta and stir.

    Top with cheese, covering entire dish.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350F

    Let stand 10 minutes, serve with toasted garlic bread.
