  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, lean
  • 6 oz. pkg. egg noodles (or your choice)
  • 1 (26 oz.) can Del Monte garlic and herb chunky spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarrella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Cook beef until brown and crumbly, drain any excess fat. Boil noodles in saucepan as directed on package.

    Mix together noodles and meat along with the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Place mixture in a 2 1/2 quart dish, uncovered.

    Top with cheeses and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
